Plain language, short version first.

The short version: if you join the waitlist we store your email and where you came from, we use it to contact you about Manykind, we never sell it, and one email from you deletes it. No ad trackers, no analytics cookies, no data brokers.
What we collect
- What you give us: your email address when you join the waitlist or book a founding call.
- Context that arrives with it: which page and message variant you signed up from, campaign tags in the link you clicked (UTM parameters), and the referring page. We use this to learn which message resonates, nothing else.
- What we do not collect: no tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, no fingerprinting, no advertising pixels. The only thing this site stores in your browser is your light/dark theme choice, on your device.
Why we use it
- To contact you about early access, the founding cohort, and the launch.
- To understand which of our pages and messages work.
That is the full list. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Where it lives
Waitlist entries are stored in our CRM (hosted by Notion) and pass through our website host (Cloudflare). Both act as processors on our behalf. We keep your entry until launch operations end or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@manykind.ai or reply to any email we send you. Deletion requests are honored within 14 days. If you are in the EU/EEA, these rights are yours under the GDPR; we are based in the EU and apply the same standard to everyone.
Early-access terms
- Manykind is in pre-launch. Pages, features, and prices shown before launch are previews and can change.
- Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
- For coaches: your method, your materials, and your intellectual property remain yours. Publishing on Manykind never transfers ownership of your method to us.
- For clients: data you place in your vault is encrypted and remains under your control, by design.
- The service is provided as is during early access, without warranties; we work hard, we are also small.
